Born in North-West London in the 1980s to a multi-racial family, my childhood was a confusing experience with many ups and downs. I found basketball which quickly became my saviour, and it helped me to discover my passion for self-discovery and life development. After a successful junior playing career, the realities of adulthood became overbearing, and I drifted with very poor focus and little to no drive. 

After 2 years and some very painful yet valuable experiences, I had hit rock bottom. However, an opportunity arose for me to join a basketball club and find a place in which the mindset was prioritised. This was a huge catalyst for the change in my life. I went from someone who could sleep until late in the afternoon, to someone who was driven and seeking new knowledge and systems
