about-us

In 2004 after two years being back in the basketball world and gaining some true stability, I worked on the nationally acclaimed summer basketball competition, Midnight Madness, which was again another huge part of personal growth, where I learned valuable skills like project management and networking. The event changed the landscape of basketball in the UK forever and was something I was completely consumed by during my time involved with it.

2007 saw my coaching career officially start, rejuvenating the Westminster Warriors junior program, leading the team to multiple championships in a five year span including the 2010 undefeated U18 men's National Championship. I have always prided myself in developing situations to be better than when I arrived and I left Westminster Warriors in 2014, having been at the helm of the club’s most successful period.

In 2013 I founded the nationally acclaimed City of London Academy program (CoLA Basketball), which has since been one of the UK’s most successful basketball programs, breaking records in many areas including being the only English club to have back-to-back U18 male and female teams at the same time.

By 2017 the program had the most successful season by a youth program in England, winning 5 National Championships and picking up two Coach of the Year awards. The program has continued to go from strength to strength, it is far from a one man band, with a host of fantastic people contributing to its overall success.
